I did business with Lucian because I had heard how great he was to work with. We did it all through emails and texts. I wanted the biggest propane fireplace I could get in my space, and he suggested a certain manufacturer. As it turned out, with the great guys that he works with, I got the insert I wanted installed, gas lines put in, and I have an a wonderful fireplace. I had to pay him in person just so I could meet him. Five BIG stars from me Lucien! Thank you!

I recently had a woodstove installed in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The installation process was seamless and Lucien & Alex were knowledgeable and professional, working with me to find a product that fits my budget. The woodstove itself is beautifully crafted and provides ample heat to keep my home warm and cozy, even on the coldest of nights. The fire is mesmerizing and adds a lovely ambiance to my living room. Overall, I would highly recommend Crown Hill to anyone looking for an efficient and aesthetically pleasing woodstove to heat their home. We recently had our wood stove installed and we couldn’t be happier. Lucian and Alex worked well to coordinate our order and schedule our installation. They are both wonderfully friendly and accommodating unlike other companies we had requested a quote from. Our home was left in perfect condition after the install and all mess was cleaned post installation. We’re very happy overall and would recommend Crown Hill Enterprises to all our friends. I recently bought a wood-burning insert from Lucian. Like other reviewers, I was impressed by how thoroughly Lucian knows his products, his forthrightness and his superb customer service. Mine wasn’t the easiest install, which involved fitting the new insert into an existing one housed in a 40 foot chimney topped by a heavy cap above a steep roof. Alex did the work with care, precision and an eye for aesthetics. The end result looked great. Highly recommended.

I can’t imagine buying a stove from anyone else after I discovered Lucien at CrownHill. Great service and Alex was a true gem as an installer. Both are top professionals and I highly recommend this local business.

This is our 3rd wood stove purchase(3 different homes) from Crown Hill Farms. Lucien is a pleasure to deal with and we always get just what we need/want out of our stoves. Crown Hill teams up with Alex at Chimney Cleaners NW to make the install as flawless as the purchase! I can’t imagine going anywhere else to buy a stove.

We’ve been doing all our business with Crown Hill for several years now. We recently replaced our older pellet stove with a new Quadra Fire from Crown Hill. Lucien is a wonderful person and a huge help, he really knows stoves. We can’t say enough good things about Crown Hill and Lucien. Better prices than other options locally too!

Lucian, just letting you know how much we appreciate our new Pacific Energy wood stove. It is so much more efficient than its brand X replacement. With a 30′ ceiling, working around a log staircase and no room for a man lift or scaffolding the can-do attitude between you, Alex and crew was great. The instal went smoothly. The stove looks great. Lucian is great to work with! He has provided us with recommendations for various stove/chimney related needs over the past few years as they’ve come up, so of course we wanted to buy our new stove through him as a thank you! His pricing beat the other companies we looked at too! The stove was just installed and looks great! Haven’t used it yet as the temperatures aren’t yet cold enough, but looking forward to doing so and learning about it. The old stove we replaced was from the late 1970’s so this is quite the upgrade! Lucian had lot’s of good advice along the way through the whole process.
